In what situation I can return the product bought from Build&Help.com?
If the product you received is ‘Damaged’‘ Defective’ or it is ‘Not same as Described’ by Build&Help.com, you can request for Exchange or Replacement.
Do I have to pay anything Extra for return?
We do not charge extra for returns on approved of customer support and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost. Customer Support will inform you about the pickup process. While we pick up originally delivered product from most customer locations, there are certain areas where a pickup cannot be arranged. In such a case, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
What if same product is not available?
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Build&Help.com. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund, no questions asked.
How do I return a product purchased on Build&Help.com?
Simply follow these steps
Fill the Product Return form and provide Order ID details.
Customer Support will confirm the return request and will inform you about the pickup process.
Please ensure that product is in unused, unaltered, unsoiled and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
Necessary state/central sales tax any statutory transit material form/Road Permit have to be initiated by customer for reverse pick up.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
Return request is made outside the specified time frame of 10 business Days
Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Items that are returned without original packaging, or accessories.
Products ordered on demand (special orders).
If statutory form as require by state/central Govt. of India are not provide by customer
When will I get my refund?
Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines. Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

I have still not received my refund yet?
Once you fill the product return form and If you receive an e mail from us confirming your refund request accepted. That shows refund process is initiated.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. Just click on Cancel button against your order in my orders in My Account. We will cancel it and initiate your refund.

We support Replacement selected categories in case of damaged item.
Replacement available for Dead On Arrival, Faulty, or Received Wrong Item.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Build&Help.com. In case a Replacement is not available, Build&Help.com will refund the amount for the same.
If you change the mind after receiving the product as per the order, the replacement or return cannot be carried out with following conditions: –
- Items and packaging must be received in new condition.
- The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
- Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt.
